OSTRICH MEAT: This is red meat, with a good flavour, very low fat content, cholesterol and calories not normal in bird meat. These birds are not injected or manipulated with any hormone substance at all.

WILDBOAR MEAT: This meat is very juicy and has a special taste because these animals run wild in the Spanish Pyrenees and in the northern areas of Spain where the vegetation is rich and there are plenty of fruit trees.These animals are very active and eat alot - especially acorns.
